Why we exist

The system was never built for you.

German vehicle law assumes you live in Germany. It assumes you have an Anmeldung, a tax number, a bank account, a permanent address. For decades, every international buyer ran into the same wall — and either gave up, paid a notary in a grey-zone scheme, or registered in another country and lived with the consequences.

We built the keeper structure used by leasing companies, scaled it down for individuals, and made it transparent. One Berlin GmbH. One invoice. Every car fully legal.
