The fly-in, drive-out model
Clients from the UAE, Australia and other long-haul origins follow the same pattern: fly into Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER), collect the car from our storage facility or have it delivered to the airport, drive Europe for days or weeks, then return the car to storage and fly home.
Between visits, the car stays in indoor storage, the registration remains active, the insurance stays coordinated, and the vehicle is maintained and ready for your next trip.

Documents a UAE resident typically needs
Requirements vary by vehicle and registration model. This is an orientation.
- Valid UAE passport
- UAE residence visa or Emirates ID
- Apostilled passport (for own-name registration)
- Notarised and apostilled power of attorney (Vollmacht)
- Purchase agreement or dealer invoice
- Existing vehicle documents (if importing from UAE)
- Vehicle identification number (VIN) and technical data
- eVB insurance confirmation number
- Vehicle tax authorisation (SEPA mandate)
- Customs documentation (if importing from outside the EU)

German motor insurance is arranged for the specific vehicle, eVB is issued and the registration file is assembled.

Storage and delivery
The vehicle is stored near Berlin. When you arrive, we deliver it to BER or your hotel.
