Terms & Conditions

1. Service

SRAC Fahrzeugpflege UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("we") provides German vehicle-registration and keeper services as defined in the client's signed service agreement.

2. Ownership vs Keeper

The Client remains the legal owner (Eigentümer) of the vehicle. We act solely as registered keeper (Fahrzeughalter). Ownership is established by the Client's purchase contract.

3. Minimum term

Six (6) months from the effective date. After the minimum term the service rolls month-to-month and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.

4. Fees

Setup fee €149 (one-time). Monthly service fee €99. Insurance and vehicle tax are passed at cost. SEPA, credit card, or bank transfer.

5. Client obligations

Provide accurate documents, notify us of any accident or change of use within 48 hours, and not use the vehicle for commercial passenger transport unless specifically agreed.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months, except for damages arising from gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

7. Governing law

German law. Jurisdiction: Frankfurt (Oder).
