• Tally (optional embedded forms) — privacy-friendly form processing in the EU.
• WhatsApp Business — for client communication; Meta processes message metadata.

4. Retention

Enquiry data: 24 months unless you become a client. Client records: 10 years per German commercial-law retention requirements.
