German Car Registration for United Kingdom Residents
Post-Brexit, UK residents can still own a German-registered car. Model A puts our Brandenburg UG on the Fahrzeugbrief as keeper — the fastest route (~5 business days) — while you stay legal owner via purchase contract. Model B registers the car in your own name using an apostilled UK passport, a notarised power of attorney and proof of UK residency.

Can DVLA record my German-plated car in the UK?
No — a German-registered vehicle is a German vehicle. If you want to base the car long-term in the UK you would have to import and re-register with DVLA (different service). Our Model A/B setup is for owners who use the car in Continental Europe.
Green Card insurance across Europe?
Both Model A and Model B policies through AXA/Zurich include an EU-wide Green Card. You drive from Germany to Spain, Italy or Scandinavia without extra insurance paperwork.
How do UK residents avoid the '30-day export plate' problem?
Zoll (export) plates expire in 30 days and are not renewable for continued EU use. Model A or Model B both produce full German plates that are valid indefinitely.
