For UAE residents
German Car Registration for United Arab Emirates Residents
As a UAE resident you can register a car in Germany either through Model A (our Brandenburg UG as keeper, you stay legal owner, ~5 days) or Model B (own-name registration in the Fahrzeugbrief using an apostilled UAE passport, notarised power of attorney and proof of UAE residency). AXA or Zurich issues the policy for the registered keeper.

Common questions from UAE residents
How does the fly-in-drive-out flow work?
You land at BER, your car is delivered to the airport on request, you drive it for the summer, and we take it back into storage in Bernau (~35 min from BER) when you fly home — TÜV renewals handled during your absence.
Is Model B possible with only a UAE address?
Yes — Model B requires documentable foreign residency, which a UAE Emirates ID plus lease or utility bill provides. Full paperwork list on request.
Can I keep the car indefinitely without visiting?
Yes — the car does not need to touch its owner. Model B keeps title in your name; Model A keeps title with you (via contract) and administrative responsibility with our UG. Storage + TÜV are handled on both.
FAQ
