Wunschkennzeichen
A custom licence plate combination reserved online for around €12.80.
Wunschkennzeichen lets you pick your own letters and numbers on a German plate — subject to availability and district rules. You reserve online through the city's Wunschkennzeichen portal, get a reservation code, then present it at the Zulassungsstelle. Reservation fee is €12.80 in most districts, valid 90 days. Forbidden combinations include Nazi-related codes (HH 18, KZ, SS, NS) and other blocked strings.
